The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw HMOP.No.94 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District and transfer the same to Sub Court, Avinashi, Tiruppur District.

2. The petitioner and her two children are living in Tiruppur and both daughters are studying at Tiruppur. The petitioner is suffering from infectious disease and she has to undergo surgery. The petitioner has to take care of her children as well as her aged parents and finds it difficult to travel to Coimbatore to attend hearings. The respondent / husband is not giving any maintenance to herself and her two children and it is she who is taking care of the educational expenses of the children with the help of her parents.

3. Considering the reasons stated above, the request for transfer appears to be justified.
