The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal presented on 15.02.2019 within a time frame by affording opportunity to the petitioner.

2.The petitioner herein applied for patta on 10.05.2012 in Jamabandi enclosing all the documents in his favour for getting patta. But, the Tahsildar rejected his application. Hence, appeal has been preferred before the respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Ulundurpet on 15.02.2019. But, till date no order has been passed by the respondent. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus to direct the respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer to dispose of the appeal dated 15.02.2019 within the stipulated time. 3.After notice, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the appeal has been taken up for enquiry and the parties have been summoned to appear before the Deputy Collector for enquiry on 04.10.2019. compliation of enquiry, appropriate order will be passed in the appeal.
