Mr. M. Karthikeyan, Learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that the Petitioner has challenged the order which is impugned in this Writ Petition also by way of appeal before the Second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Respondent, viz., the District Revenue Officer, Thirukoilur, Villupuram, and that the hearing of the said appeal has been fixed on 08.11.2019 before the Second Respondent for which notice in advance would be issued to the concerned parties.

In view of the same, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the said appeal and she has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their cooperation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. It shall be ensured that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. The Second Respondent after giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law on or before by 31.12.2019 and communicate the decision taken to all parties under written acknowledgment. 4.
