The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to collect the certified copy of the unregistered sale deed dated 09.07.2002 from the petitioner under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C and produce the said certified copy of the unregistered sale deed dated 09.07.2002 as additional document under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C before the Judicial Magistrate II, Alandur in C.C.No.469 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the unregistered sale deed has been collected from the petitioner and the respondent is taking steps to file a re-call petition and mark the aforesaid document through P.W.6 and now, the case is posted before the trial Court on 30.03.2022.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
