O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the brother of detenue, S.J.Lakshmi, aged about 26 years.

2.Today, the detenue is present before this Court, so also the petitioner and his mother. The detenue has stated that she is 26 years old and she has produced the Marriage Certificate stating that she has married Karthik. We made the detenue to have a talk with the petitioner and his mother. 3.We are of the view that the detenue can lead her own life with her husband. This Court does not find any illegal detention of S.J.Lakshmi and therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. (M.M.S., J.)
