O R D E R

This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of G.O.P.No.273 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvarur at Mannargudi.

2. When the revision came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruvarur at Mannargudi, the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvarur, has sent a report stating that he is having full additional charge of the Family Court at Mannargudi. He points out that the proceedings have reached the stage of evidence and the petitioner's evidence has been completed and it is posted for the respondent's evidence on 08.11.2024.

3. Considering the fact that the regular judicial officer is yet to be appointed to the said Court and as it is the learned Presiding Officer of the Fast Track Mahila Court at Tiruvarur, who is having additional charge and is travelling from Tiruvarur to Mannargudi for the purpose of disposal of the proceedings, I am inclined to direct the learned Family Judge, Tiruvarur at Mannargudi, to dispose of the proceedings on or before 31.07.2025.
