ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 13.3.2016 against one Petersamy, his wife Esthar Bakyarani, his son Samjeyaraj and 10 others for illegally entered the land and life threaten to her with deadly weapons, using filthy language and conduct the investigation in fair and proper manner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 13.3.2016, but the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.191 of 2016 for the offence under sections 147, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC.
