Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- for himself along with two sureties among one should be blood relative, for like sum each satisfaction of this Court in C.M.P.No.2929 of 2022, dated 20.09.2022, by the Additional District Munsif Cum-Judicial Magistrate at Ambur, Tirupattur District.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- for himself along with two sureties among one should be blood relative, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court, in C.M.P.No.2929 of 2022, dated 20.09.2022, by the Additional District Munsif Cum-Judicial Magistrate at Ambur, Vellore District. 2.It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that while granting bail to the petitioner in C.M.P.No.2929 of 2022, dated 20.09.2022, the following condition was imposed: (i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- for himself along with two sureties among one should be blood relative, for a like sum each satisfaction of the Court.

He further submitted that petitioner is the only son of his parents and his parents are no more. There is no blood relative available to stand as a surety for him. Thus, he seeks modification of the condition imposed in C.M.P.No.2929 of 2022, dated 20.09.2022. 3.In the circumstances stated by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- for himself along with two sureties among one should be blood relative, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court is modified to the effect that both sureties should be acceptable and respectable sureties for executing the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Munsif Cum-Judicial Magistrate at Ambur, Vellore District. Other conditions remain unaltered.
