This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Dharmapuri Taluk Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, vide order dated 05.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20971 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
