PRAYER:- Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to extend the time limit as fixed by this Court in Paragraph 44 of the order dated 24.09.2021 in W.P.No.5857 of 2021 and modify the same to the extent which will allow the petitioner for making the payment of penalty of Rs.2,20,50,000/- (Rupees two crore twenty lakh and fifty thousand) along with applicable interest in one installment to the respondents within a period of 10 days as per the communication of the petitioner to the respondents on 31.05.2023.
