Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2025 and to transfer the petitioner from Government Hospital, Gobichettypalayam, Erode District to the Government Medical College Hospital at Acharipallam, Kanniyakumari or Kuzhithurai Government Hospital or Pathmanathapuram Government General Hospital or Government Kulachal Government Hospital or any one Government Hospital or any one Urban Primary Health Centres at Kanyakumari District which is 2/4

nearest to the petitioner's native place.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had been working in Erode District for more than eight years and her native place is Kanyakumari District and she have two children and they are studying in Kanyakumari District. For the last two years, the petitioner is at Kanyakumari District under diversion duty. It is the specific submission of the learned counsel that if the petitioner is posted in Kanyakumari District, she would do her duty effectively and would also take care of her family. Hence the petitioner sent representation for permanent absorption at Kanyakumari District on 24.06.2025 and such representation is pending with the respondents.

4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation, according to its own merits and in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.

5.In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 3/4

respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner C.KUMARAPPAN,J.

pri upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
