O R D E R
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.01.2015 and to investigate the matter in accordance with law.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 05.10.2015 before the respondent and after receipt of the same, the respondent police had issued a summon to the petitioner for his appearance on 20.11.2015. Though the petitioner appeared before the respondent police and submitted all the relevant documents, the respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they are unable to contact the petitioner to verify the same.
