Mr.E.Soundaran, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st respondent.

2.The writ petition is filed by the petitioner mainly on the ground of committing misappropriation of funds of the Society by the 1st and 2nd respondents. The petitioner has given various representations to the 1st respondent, however, no enquiry has been conducted so far by the 1st respondent. Recently vide representation dated 19.09.2022, the petitioner has sent a representation to the 1st respondent to call for certain details from the office bearers of the 2nd respondent Society, however, no enquiry has been conducted. Such view of the matter, the petitioner has sought for Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to hold inquiry and to take consequent action for the malpractices committed in respect of the Green Page No.2 of 4

Paradise Society registered on the file of the 1st respondent, in accordance with law.

3.In view of the above, the 1st respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry and conclude the same as per law after affording opportunity to the 2nd and 3rd respondents within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
