Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the non-applicants.

It would not be possible in the appeal to implead a person as the appeals are filed against the judgment of learned Single Judge. In case the applicant is aggrieved, the applicant may seek leave to file an appeal, which would be considered on its own merits.

With these observations, the applications are disposed of.
