32317, 32315, 32320 and 32310 of 2016, in and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petitions, directed the respondents to disburse the retiral benefits to the petitioners in twelve equal monthly instalments, in the light of the common judgment passed by this Court in W.A.(MD).Nos.383 to 457 of 2015 (K.Rajendran and others Vs. The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Madurai) Limited, Rep. by its Managing Director, Madurai and others), dated 12.06.2015 and it was made clear that the first instalment shall commence from 01.12.2016.
learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondents. Since the said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondents, nothing further survives for consideration in these Contempt Petitions, which are accordingly closed.
