2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. This Court, vide order dated 05.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21214 of 2024 directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Coimbatore, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.936 of 2023 within a period of six

(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Coimbatore vide letter dated 16.06.2025 requested further six months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 05.03.2024, as numerous documents have to be marked and also the Court has to examine 10 witnesses out of 24 witnesses.

5. Taking into consideration of the above request, one month time is extended to comply with the order of this Court dated 05.03.2024. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Coimbatore, is hereby directed to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.936 of 2023 and dispose of the case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to co-operate for early disposal of the case.
