Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.17,00,000/- with 18% interest per annum from December 2013 upto the date of payment and consequently direct the first and second respondents to initiate a disciplinary proceeding against the concerned officers for illegally withholding the money by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2016.
