In view of objections raised by the respondent to the examination of P.W.1 through video conferencing, learned counsel for the applicant has ascertained the availability of P.W.1 for examination through the physical mode. He submits that P.W.1 will be in India by the second week of February. The applicant is directed to serve a copy of the proof affidavit of P.W.1 on learned counsel for the respondent on or before 03.02.2023. The examination of P.W.1 shall be commenced and concluded in the month of February 2023.
