ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard Mr.R.Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.S.Sivashanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondent.

2. The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider her representation dated 28.07.2016 and pass necessary orders.

3. In the accompanying affidavit, filed in support of the writ petition, it is stated by the petitioner that she belongs to Kurichchan (ST) community; her cousin brother has already been issued with community certificate stating that he belongs to Kurichchan community in CNO 2640926 ROC No.2615/95(A3) dated 11.03.1996 by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmapuri. Further, the petitioner has also submitted a detailed representation to the respondent on 28.07.2016 seeking Hindu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kurichchan (ST) community certificate. Now, in this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to consider her representation dated 28.07.2016.

On going through the above averments, it is seen that the State Level Scrutiny Committee, vide its proceedings dated 13.02.2015, decided tht E.Sankaranarayanan, belongs to Hindu 'Kurichchan' Scheduled Tribe community. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to furnish necessary documents before the respondent to substantiate her contention that her cousin brother E.Sankaranarayanan, is furnished with such document and based on the same, she may also be issued with Hindu "Kurichchan" Scheduled Tribe Community Certificate. It is for the respondent-RDO, to make detailed enquiry and call for report from the State Level Scutiny Committee, and on due verification, pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, within 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It is open to the petitioner to raise all the contentions before the respondent.

5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
