This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 23.09.2018 in view of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.431 of 2019 dated 23.01.2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvannnamalai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint has been registered in FIR.No.553 of 2019.
