This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 85 days in filing the appeal against the conviction in Spl.S.C.No.54 of 2021 passed on 01.03.2025 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 85 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
