The writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2016 and issue patta to him.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2016 for issuance of patta has not been considered, in spite of producing all the necessary documents to the respondents.

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2016, will be considered if all the necessary documents are produced.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the respondents and produce all the necessary documents. The learned counsel also seeks a direction to the first respondent to pass orders within a time frame.

5. In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2016, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
