ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to direct the respondent to register a case against the petitioner's complaint dated 12.09.2015 entered in CSR No.379 of 2015 on the file of the respondent and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case has been registered in Crime No.105 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i)q of I.P.C.

4.Hence, recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
