ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) This writ petition is filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant ordinary leave for 90 days without escort to the detenue, who is none else than the husband of the petitioner. The writ petition itself is filed based on the representation the petitioner had made on 23.12.2022 to the first respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has now produced before this Court the proceedings of the Jail Superintendent, Puzhal, Chennai dated 02.01.2023 rejecting the representation of the petitioner that was received on 26.12.2022 and submitted that the said order has been communicated to the petitioner.
3. Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the order passed by the second respondent has been
communicated to the petitioner, this writ petition is closed with liberty preserved to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 02.01.2023 passed by the second respondent rejecting her representation in the manner known to law.
