Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the proceedings issued by the second respondent dated 12.07.2016 vide No.Na.Ka.AA3/22872/2016 and quash the same by directing all the respondents not to disturb the panchayat road access by the petitioner for free ingress and egress of the petitioner's agricultural land.
