2.Heard the learned counsel for the both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 15.11.2022.
