The petitioner herein, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) & 506(ii) in Crime No.322 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that bail has been granted to the petitioner by the trial Court.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
