This application has been filed to direct the defendants 1 and 2 to furnish a statement of the name and address of the partners of the first defendant firm and the present status of the first defendant.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents sought time to file counter.
3. In the written statement, a stand has been taken by the defendants that the first defendant is not a partnership firm.
4. In such view of the matter, if the applicant is assertive that the first defendant is a registered partnership firm, there is no difficulty for the applicant to obtain certified copies of the document from the Registrar of Sipcot.
Hence, there is no merits in this application.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to establish their case in trial by adducing evidence.
