Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 05.08.2010 in G.O.(Ms) No.697, Home (Transport-5) and the consequential order of the second respondent dated 17.06.2015 in R.No.22370/H1/2008 and quash the same only in so far as relates to the petitioner.

Heard Mr.T.Ananthasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.J.Shivakumar, learned Government Advocate accepting notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

05.08.2010 in G.O.(Ms) No.697, Home (Transport-5) and the consequential order of the second respondent dated 17.06.2015, in so far as relates to their Driving School. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved herein is covered by the order dated 15.09.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19362 of 2015 etc. batch of cases. 4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on going through the order submitted that similar order may be passed in this Writ Petition also.

5.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation being submitted by the petitioner herein, the same shall be considered and necessary orders be passed by the respondents, within a further period of four weeks. Till then status quo shall continue. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
