O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.387 of 2017, on the file of the first respondent registered for offences under Sections 417, 420 of IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 511 of IPC r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No.387 of 2017 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.11 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dindivanam and the trial is going on.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
