Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to survey the petitioner's land with help of the fourth respondent and demarcate the land belongs to the petitioner in Survey No.733/9D to an extent of 0.42 1⁄2 acres at Nehru Street, Thottipalayam Road, Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore District and mark the boundaries and provide the report to the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation letter dated 31.08.2021 in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to survey the petitioner's land with help of the fourth respondent and demarcate the land belongs to the petitioner in Survey No.733/9D to an extent of 0.42 1⁄2 acres at Nehru Street, Thottipalayam Road, Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore District and mark the boundaries and provide the report to the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation letter dated 31.08.2021 in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard Mr.M.Vignesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3.The petitioner submitted an application on the file of the first respondent, dated 31.08.2021 to survey the land comprised in Survey No.733/9D to an extent of 0.42 1⁄2 acres at Nehru Street, Thottipalayam Road, Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore District. The petitioner had also paid the requisite fees to survey the property.

4.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, the fifth respondent, counter parties and adjacent owners if any, pass orders to survey the land comprised in Survey No.733/9D to an extent of 0.42 1⁄2 acres at Nehru Street, Thottipalayam Road, Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
