The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.08.2023 for the offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C, in Crime No.308 of 2023 on the file of the respondent, seek bail. 2.It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are falsely implicated as accused in Crime No.308 of 2023 for the offence under Section 379 I.P.C. Petitioners are in judicial custody from 03.08.2023. Thus, he prays for grant of bail. 3.In response, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on 14.07.2023 at about 03.00 p.m, when defacto-complainant has brought his daughter from school in Sriraman Road, three persons came in two-wheeler and snatched 5 sovereigns of thali chain of the defacto-complainant. He further submitted that petitioners are from Rajasthan. With great difficulty, petitioners were apprehended by the respondent Police.
