O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.30 of 2019 in GWOP No.23 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore.

2. The learned Family Judge, Cuddalore has sent a report that the

said proceedings was dismissed for default on 13.08.2024. Ms.Arpitha, representing Mr.P.Sam Japa Singh, states that an application has been filed to restore the suit in I.A.No.30 of 2019. Therefore, the direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted, consequently, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
