CMP No.18759 of 2022 in CMA Sr. No.113074 of 2022 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1175 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Though notice was served on the respondents, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents either in person or through counsel. 3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1175 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner/Transport Corporation, pays a sum of Rs.500/- [Rupees Five Hundred only] to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, High Court, Madras, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition, shall stand dismissed without any reference to this Court.

4. Further, on payment of costs and production of proof/memo thereof, Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
