This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.22 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 120(B), 420, 468, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.01.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 01.02.2023. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as non-prosecution.
