Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent's to consider and thereby disposing the Representations made by petitioner on 19.02.2025 & 22.08.2025 to replace petitioner two-wheeler Avenger 220 Cruise, Registration No.TN03 AH 2688 into new two-wheeler and sanctioned the said my two-wheeler Claim Amount and also award the compensation Sum of Rs.35,00,000/-.
