J.NISHA BANU,J., AND M.JOTHIRAMAN ,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 136 days in filing the Writ Appeal.
2. The 1st respondent has got serious objections in condoning the delay.

3. Considering the nature of the case and taking note of the fact that in the similar matter, interim order has been granted and also being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 08.08.2025.
5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 11.08.2025, if the same is otherwise in order.
