SUNDAR, J.] These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1167 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent by name Mr.S.Anbarasu; to set aside the abatement; and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has already taken steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Mr.S.Anbarasu, who is the appellant/claimant in a connected appeal in C.M.A.No.2160 of 2015, and he also undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents herein, namely respondents 3 to 6. Though the delay is inordinate and could have been avoided, this Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
