This Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the Petitioner by an order dated 24.08.2023 passed in Crl.OP.No.18390 of 2023 in so far as directing him to report before the Respondent on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 am is concerned.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court on 24.08.2023 in Crl.OP.No.18390 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
