This petition has been filed to to withdraw the MOP No. 387 of 2023 on the file of the learned Family court, Puducherry and transfer the

Pbl 2.Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is living with her aged parents at Coimbatore. Hence, this Court is inclined to transfer the MOP No. 387 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Family court, Puducherry to the Sub Court, Pollachi. Further, both parties are directed to appear before before Mediation and Conciliation Centre at Pollachi for five sittings.

4. In the result, this Civil Revision is disposed of. No cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.12.2023 pbl To
