4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and the Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.116654 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.

5.In the eventuality of the petitioner succeeding in the appeal, interest may have to be reckoned only from the date on which the Registry takes the appeal on record.
