O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.3.2016 investigate the same and file final report before the appropriate court in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the first respondent on 16.3.2016, but the first respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 12.3.2016 and he has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

produced the closure report before this Court today and a copy of the same has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
