This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 22.08.2023 in Crl.MP.No.13002 of 2023 to report before the District and Sessions Court, Ariyalur on every alternative days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the District and Sessions Court, Ariyalur, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates, except for unforeseen circumstances.
