O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to direct the first respondent police to register an F.I.R on the complaint dated 17.7.2015 in C.No.1434/CCB/Visitors/2015 given by the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the first respondent on 17.7.2015, but the first respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducted and the same has been closed on 18.09.2015 and he has produced the closure report before this Court today and a copy of the same has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
