ORDER

Challenging the case in crime No.23/2021 pending on file of W-21, All Women Police Station, Guindy, Chennai, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Alandur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.534 of 2023 on 01.06.2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
