This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14303 of 2023 dated 18.08.2023 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioners have not complied the condition.

3. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14303 of 2023 dated 18.08.2023. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
