ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of her complaint dated 09.03.2016. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint dated 09.03.2016 given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.72 of 2016 and after conducting enquiry, the respondent police has closed the same on 19.03.2010 on the ground that the incident alleged by the petitioner had taken place in Andhra Pradesh. Therefore, the respondent police

tsi has advised the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional police in Andhra Pradesh. A copy of the postal receipt is furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner across the Bar. 3.
In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
