This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.18143 of 2024 order dated 31.07.2024 for a further period of four weeks.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to ill health of the second petitioner, he was unable to surrender before the lower Court within the time, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
