Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Additional Solicitor General, submits that special leave petition has been filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in SLP D.No.5364 of 2023, against the order seeking recall, and the same is pending along with other special leave petitions filed by other persons, therefore, learned Additional Solicitor General seeks to withdraw the present petitions filed for recalling the order in WP Nos.12159, 18209 & 18213 of 2022.

2. In view of the filing of special leave petition, permission is granted to withdraw the petitions and these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
