Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents, their men, agents or their subordinates from forcibly evicting the petitioner from the land and buildings at Survey Nos.3154 and 3155 of Ootacamund Taluk and Town measuring 3.60 acres and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to either assign or continue the lease of the said land and buildings in favour of the petitioner society as recommended by the then Collector of Ootacamund and the 2nd respondent herein so as to enable the petitioner to continuously run the Emarald Heights College for Women, Ooty in that premises without any hindrance. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
